My AI Sommelier — Conversational service
The My AI Sommelier service is a conversational assistant powered by the exclusive editorial corpus of vin-de-cahors.fr. It answers questions about AOC Cahors wines.
- Main purpose : answering questions about AOC Cahors wines based on the editorial corpus.
- Secondary purpose (editorial improvement) : each question and the first part of the answer are sent anonymously to the editorial team by email, to identify topics worth covering in future articles. No personal identifier is attached: only a non-reversible technical hash (derived from the IP address, truncated) groups questions from the same session of less than 60 minutes.
- Conversation storage : none. The service is stateless; your exchanges are not stored in any database on the vin-de-cahors.fr side. Only the email sent to the editorial team contains an excerpt, kept in the administrative mailbox under its own retention rules (12 months maximum, see dedicated section).
- Technical processing : to operate, your messages are sent to a technical automated-inference provider and to Resend Inc. (email delivery). No personal data is associated with them — your messages are anonymous.
- Usage limit : 30 messages per hour per user (anti-abuse measure). The technical IP identifier is used solely for this limit and automatically purged after 1 hour.
- Advice limitations : recommendations are editorial and indicative. They do not replace professional advice (sommelier, oenologist, health professional).
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Please drink responsibly.
